The Deputy Minister of Education and Sports witnessed the educational cooperation between Pakpasak Technical College and Panyapiwat Technological College.


On February 28, Dr. Soulioudong Soundala, Deputy Minister of Education and Sports, Mr. Nouphan Ousa, Deputy Head of Vocational Department, Ministry of Education and Sports, and Mr. Korsak Chairasmisak, Chairman of Executive Committee of CP All Public Company Limited, jointly honored and witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Educational Cooperation between Pakpasak Technical College Lao PDR and Panyapiwat Technological College, which was held at the Panyangam meeting room of the Panyapiwat Technological College, Thailand.

By the representatives of both parties, namely Dr. Saiysamone Ngamsy, the director of Pakpasak Technical College and Mr. Piyawat Thitasatthaworakul, the licensee of Panyapiwat Technological College, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to drive the operation of the dual vocational training for the students of the Vocational Certificate (Voc. Cert.) and High Vocational Certificate (High Voc. Cert) degrees in the field of business administration, program in retail business management, program in modern retail business field, and other programs that meet the needs of entrepreneurship, as well as promoting and supporting students to develop learning skills and real experiences from practical training and vocational training in business establishments by cooperating to develop teaching and training courses according to the dual vocational education curriculum, as well as coordinating cooperation in the training and development of teachers and educational personnel to focus on the production and development of effective manpower in accordance with the needs of the labor market and business both domestically and internationally.
